Der Vollständigkeit halber möchte ich an dieser Stelle erwähnen, dass ich mitlerweile mit TÜV + dem Corksport Support selbst Kontakt aufgenommen habe.
Der TÜV erwähnte, dass eine Eintragung "Extrem schwierig und kostspielig, nicht garantiert" wäre.
Der Corksport Support hat mir dann endgültig den Wind aus den Segeln genommen. Ich hatte vorneweg nach Dokumenten bzw. db-Werten gefragt, ob es Erfahrungen mit dem System in Deutschland gibt etc. Anbei die Konversation:

I have acquired the Corksport catback exhaust for the 2016 ND Miata via a
German distributor. I was reassured that the exhaust could be registered as street-legal in Germany.
When replacing the stock exhaust, I have to have the local authorities
check whether the legal sound limits are surpassed or not. But checks
like this can be expensive (~1000$) - This is a little bit of a stretch,
but do you have any official documentation
about the exhaust? Especially regarding sound level (if available also
for emissions.) If there's even any documentation about an exhaust
system of this type used street legally in Germany, it would make
procedures much easier.

Im pretty sure that the cat back would be a bit too loud. The axle back
by itself would be just fine as that just adds a nice tasteful tone. The
cat back opens it up quite a bit and may exceed the decibel limit.
