    Das geänderte Getriebe ist da, fuer die 2.0 Liter
    Aber wenn der englische Text stimmt, sind auch EINIGE von den NEU Teile NICHT spezifisch zum 2.0, aber auch fuer den 1,5 jetzt montiert.
    Also hat Mazda wegen der Last Minute Einfuehrung vom 2.0 doch in der Validation des Getriebe sich a biessele vertan:


    Previously All of the internal 6MT parts were shared between the 1.5 litre and 2.0 litre ND's.


    Now 50% of these new updated parts are now exclusive and only used for and in the 2.0 litre ND.
    The modified new parts address directly to the broken parts we have seen here and in other countries.


    As of now there are no TSB's issued from Mazda Japan (MMC) to their Distributors and obviously none to Mazda Dealers issued by their Distributors in each country.
    Plus no new ND 6 speed Manual Transmission Assembly Part Number (inclusive of/with these new modified parts).
    Please keep in mind these latest parts are only a few days old (on the production line), there are NO Stocks available, and dare I say if you went running to your local Mazda Dealer they would not know what you are talking about, as these Part Numbers are not even in MNAO, MME, MA, MUK Parts directories.


    This is the latest and first update to the ND 6 MTs for all models WORLDWIDE.

  • Original Auspuff wird leiser

    Ich behaupte mal, der Auspuff Ton ist nicht konstant.
    Manchmal stärker mit Bass, manchmal fast ohne Bass !
    Und das kann mann nicht wirklich beherschen, beeinfluessen.
    Ist bei selbe Pedal Position und Drehzahl nicht immer gleich
    Warum : Keine Ahnung

    Mein 1-2 sind auch schwer.
    Habe jetz 4500 km.
    Wen Auto Kalt ist, habe Ich keine Verbesserung durch die km bekommen.
    Wenn es warm ist, ist es jetzt besser als wenn das Auto noch neu war.


    Fuer mich, das einzige wo Ich beim ND nach wie vor wirklich bemängeln kann und leider selbst auch nicht lösen kann.

    Wieviel km insgesammt bist du letzendlich mit der Defekte Hochdruckpumpe gefahren ?


    Was ist es den fuer "Hochdrukpumpe" ?? Einspritzpumpe (Ich vermute) oder ölpumpe ??

    Getriebeschaden ist nicht schön, Wartezeit auch nicht, kann man alles verstehen. Aber wieso immer diese Ungeduld?
    Ich hab schon genug Erfahrungen mit Teilerückstand gemacht und das sindteilweise Teile für Autos gewesen die seit 5 Jahren nicht mehr produziert werden, also ein gewisser Anteil an Ersatzteilen immer irgendwo vorhanden ist. Deutsche Marke wohlgemerkt.


    In welchem Umfang die Getriebe von Mazda sind weiß ich jetzt nicht, aber wenn sie die in Auftrag gegeben haben dann liegts nicht an Mazda sondern am Zulieferer. Und der hat dann zur Zeit einen Haufen zu tun, denn die Produktion in Hiroshima bleibt nicht stehen. Da liegt nicht mal eben ein Getriebe zum Verschicken rum, dass nicht für die Produktion geplant ist.
    Und Mazda ist auch kein Produzent der auf extremen Überschuss produziert, sondern auf Abruf der Händler. Da kanns schon mal ein paar Wochen dauern, bis so ein Getriebe seinen Weg zum Händler aufnimmt.


    Also entspannt bleiben und alles weitere ist Kulanz seitens Mazda/Händler und nichts was man einfordern kann.

    Mazda wartet nicht auf Ein defektes Getriebe um sein Ersatz zu fertigen....die sind auf Lager, halt momentan nicht mit einer ausreichende Menge.


    Die Ersatz Getriebe sind 100% identisch zu den bisherigen! in den US ist jemand schon auf dritte Getriebe......
