If you want to run Sven's "sporty values" which result in a safe setup with light static understeer but on the other hand make the car more neutral (slight contradiction), a thicker front anti-roll bar (arb) will not work. The thicker arb will decrease the traction of the front axle and introduce even more understeer. This could be countered with more static camber in the front.
An easier way to achieve a more neutral or even oversteering setup, is to decrease the camber difference between rear and front axle by increasing the front camber and mainting the rear camber with the stock arb. Keep in mind that achievable front camber is limited by ride height and caster setting (which is even more pronounced with a thicker front arb as your dynamic camber gain will be decreased).
